Present Perfect Progressive or Present Perfect Continuous:
-Is an action that begans in the past and has just stopped
-how long the action has been happening
-emphasis: length of time of an action
there is usually a suggestion that the activity is not yet completed, or we wish to emphasise the length of time it has lasted or stress the continuous, on-going nature of the activity. The present perfect continuous is often used in conjunction with for or since phrases. Consider the following:
'How long have you been waiting for this bus?' 'I’ve been standing here for over half an hour. These buses never come.'
'I’ve been looking for a summer holiday job for two weeks now, but I still haven’t found one.'
'We’ve been living here in Brighton since 1988 – the year we got married.'
It is constructed like this:

The arminian genocide
The armenian genocide is commemorated each year on the 24 of April because on the night of this same day, but 92 years ago (1915), organiced by the turkish governors, and take 1.500.000 Arminians. Over a millon were deported, hundreds of thousands were butchered outright, many others died starvation, exhaustion, and epidemics which ravaged the concentration camps.

My name is Lara Frölich, and I’m 14 years old (almost 15 I mus say....)
I have been in this arminian school since seventh grade, more or less for four years. Before this one I studied at three other school’s, San Patrick, Dardo Rocha, and JHO (Jesus en el Huerto de los Olivos).
This year I’m in 1º Polimodal. We are just starting but is seems to be more dificult than previous years... new teaches, new subjets... but I think this will be a nice year...full of surprices...
On my free time I love to listen to music. If I should say that I have a best singer, really, I couldn’t name an specific one.. the only thing I can say, is that I don’t enjoy very much heavy metal...
